What Causes Sewer Line Damage

Often, the common cause of sewer line damage is tree roots that penetrate and grow into the sewer line. Other reasons could be soil or property shifting, lines outliving their life expectancy, corrosion in the line, a leaking joint in the line, or possibly damage from a foreign object blocking the line.
